Colonial Park Apartments

Renovation of a 40 building, 320 apartment complex in Park City, Illinois providing housing for families. Work also included design/construction of a new indoor pool, fitness center and management office. New elevators were added to several buildings in order to create new housing options for people with mobility issues. Financing through HUD.
